'Ancestral Elements'

& Ceremony


 

 

The elements are our oldest ancestors. They are our teachers and guides. In this work you will have the opportunity to connect with the spirit of each of these elements, dancing and moving with them. Asking for support from the earth, creative energy from the fire, connection to spirit throught the embodiment of air and deeply cleansing our lives in the waters of life.

Explore a nurturing and profound healing within simple ceremony.

You will learn to engage more fully with what has been since the very beginning of time, working through our own ancestral lines to heal and change old patterns of behaviour, leading to more freedom in our hearts, minds and souls. We use a constellation process to tap into the ancestral stories we carry.

This constellation process then leads us to the most powerful healing of all. Forgiveness.

Carolines approach to shamanism is one of gentle integrity. She works from her experience of the shamanic world bringing in her own life experiences which she shares with you. She is an instructor in 'heart medicine'.

Shamanism

Shamanism is the most time tested system of purposeful integration of
mind, emotion, body and soul.

Caroline teaches the principals of shamanic journey; the oldest
method of healing and connecting with the spirit world. She
incorporates this with a very gentle approach to movement and with
the absolute simplicity of meditation.
All of Carolines workshops have some shamanic content as this is the
nature of her work and is grounded in physical body practices.

 

Healing

You can book Caroline for an individual session for one hour to a whole day. Her work includes personal shamanic journey, hands on healing, extraction medicine, psychopomp and soul retrieval. Caroline creates a safe space to work with the client, ensuring that the client also empowers themselves in the healing process. Sessions can be held in your own home. Or see YURT
