Men and women can learn to be more authentic in their leadership roles by being more intuitive, insightful, compassionate and by speaking from the heart of intelligence.

I was asked what is it like to live with an authentic female.

Its scary!

We men can be so used to bombarding our women with heady defensive talk, full of exaggeration's in order to protect them from interpreting our actions as testosteroned and fickle.

When I embrace her intuitive self and risk telling her the truth she loves me all the more even if the truth is hard for her to hear.

To sit and really listen with no defenses to her honesty and trust her with 'our own' feminine side, seems like standing in the kitchen holding a hoover in one hand, washing up with the other, whilst trying to stop a baby crying. Its takes great disipline.

Until we tell the truth, stop defending ourselves and speak from the heart, we will continue to drive ourselves mad with the stories that perpetuate our inauthentic masculine heads.

When we tell her the truth, she supports and guides us to become an authentic man.

Then all fuss and worry disappear and we uncover intimacy and love that is subtle, grounded and intelligent.
