Movement Medicine

MOVEMENT MEDICINE is a contemporary, transformational movement meditation practice designed to awaken, free and release your natural energy, and support you to embody and manifest your potential. You can drop in and learn a few skills in a class or a weekend or you can take the Movement Medicine path towards self-mastery and making your unique contribution to the world. MOVEMENT MEDICINE involves working with 4 Elements, 5 Dimensions of Awareness, & 9 Gateways to the soul.

Caroline holds a liberating and joyful dance space. Open to anyone who needs to move, dance and be with others in community. Her work is rooted in the traditions of ecstatic dance with an emphasis on gentleness. Discover the intelligence and creativity of your own moving body.

Through this work you will;

* Be introduced to the basic practice of Movement Medicine

* Gain the support to find your own free dance

* Learn to communicate freely with others

* Develop your confidence in your own offering to life

* Gain a healthier body, heart and mind

* Explore being yourself in any situation, understanding your own personality and the way you relate to others

* Explore movement that involves the elements (earth fire water air) to enable a closer connection to the forces of nature and the planet we live on

* Deepen your relationship to your soul and the spirit of dance.

This work is open to anyone regardless of age, shape, culture or experience.
