We will dance, heal, party and celebrate!
Expanding into all we can be!

This work will include improvised movement and ecstatic dance, shamanic journey and traditional & 21st century shamanic study. Learning traditional shamanic techniques.
Work in nature. Nightime ceremony. Simple ritual theatre.

An Sanctoir is a beautiful octagonal dance space set in wild Irish countryside. It has a wooden floor with under floor heating. One mile from Ballydehob village it is very accessible to all amenities. Close to the sea and mountains it enables a great opportunity to visit the rural Irish Countryside.

There are limited spaces on this workshop please book well in advance. A full commitment to all sessions is necessary for yourself and the rest of the group.

(Please note when undertaking workshops or ongoing groups, it is necessary to book and to pay for all sessions. For more in-depth study and in fairness to the others in the group we ask that you attend all sessions. Deposits are non-refundable.)

Travel; Flights to Cork airport. Ferry and bus from Bristol to Cork. Train from Dublin to Cork. Lifts can be arranged from Cork to Ballydehob. Or for bus timetable please contact. If enough people are interested we will arrange a mini bus from Cork for a small fee.

Full cost of ‘Soul Action’ tuition and meals is €1,240. Accom is seperate, please see rates below.

€300 deposits due by 1st March. You can pay in full or a payment scheme is available paying €235 two weeks prior to each workshop. There are two concession places. Please apply in writing.

Accommodation is available in a shared house on the land at An Sanctoir. Double; €50 Single bed; €30 Attic Dormitary; €15 per night (bring sleeping bag for dorm) Please arrange by calling Dan Gray on **353 (0)28 37834 or through us if you let us know which room you require.

Please send your deposit of €300 to Yvonne Byrne, Coolagh, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland. Details of payments will be sent on receipt of deposit and application. Deposit to secure your place is € 300 sent by 16th February ’09. Confirmation, times and more details will be sent on receipt of booking. To secure your place please book well in advance. There is a 10% discount for bookings made by 1st January ‘09.

Pre-requisites; A minimum of 2 classes in Alchemy in Movement, 5 Rhythms, or related movement work.
