Soul - Action activating empowerment & purpose with Caroline Warsaw, Zbaraska 1, Poland 2012 January 6th - 8th + New Year Ceremony 'Creativity Cauldron' There will be an opportuntiy to attend an evening talk with Caroline to learn more about the process of Soul Action and some of her own personal journey with this work.
Discovering the levels of acceptance that we have for ourselves and our lives. Creating strong intentions for personal development and growth. Once we can step into a truly empowered state of presence we can find the essence of our soul and discover the action needed to serve the greater purpose we were born for. This can only happen at the right time of acceptance and humility, with a deep sense of knowing what is right. Preparation for that illuminated place is the first step. In this workshop you will experience physical connection with the body, mind-full movement and deep questioning. There is opportunity for engagement with others and for speaking from the heart. This gives us the tools we need to become an empowered and active soul. Ceremony Creativity Cauldron Taking our dance deeper into the realms of poetry, art and creativity, we can begin to find a tangible way to show what we are beginning to dream into the world. By letting that art begin to form itself in front of our eyes, we really see what is moving from our souls, planting seeds for new birth and being born. Dance and creativity brought together opens our vision to see more clearly. Stirring them up in the creative cauldron of life, blending all the ingredients, sometimes sharing them and borrowing from others, a little piece here and a little piece there, we touch, we feel, we make shapes, images and textures, this awakens our senses even more to greater possibilities. To make art of our stories is profound material for transformation and transmutation, into really living our souls purpose, meeting the action of our soul. Bring your creativity, your pencils and materials, your poetry and writings, bring what ever draws your attention at this time, what you love and what you aspire towards. Bring images and crayons, bring glue and tinsel, Bring a blend of the artists materials, mingled with your heart and your dreams and desires. Leave the workshop with a dancing, awakened body and art work that speaks from your heart and your soul. I look forward to being with you in the dancing creativity cauldron!
