Sexuality is an expression of our full and creative self.
It is not just about sex! Owning our sensuality, sexuality and our strengths is reclaiming ourselves.
It is taking back our power, something that for women is so easy to give away. Instead of giving ourselves away we claim back what is rightfully ours and then, only then do we exchange energy, sex or love on our own terms. We will give time to old stories, in order to release them and move on to a clearer sense of what it is to be a strong sensual woman in her own power.
The ceremony and theatre of ancestral healing.
We will create a safe way to explore our ancestry, allowing 'them' to move through us and with us, inviting 'them' to unravel the wounding of our society.
For all our relations, past, present and future.
This workshop is open to all women what ever age or experience. It is advisable to attend at least one Alchemy in Movement class/workshop or other related dance work before attending this group.
Any woman who suppresses her talents can make herself a victim and a prisoner of her creative urges, once denied this can turn into destructive-rage. Passivity will create madness.
We will dance, create, relax and heal.
Caroline is a mother of six and a grandmother who has experienced the lows of life and recreated herself time and time again, in order to overcome her difficulties and step further outward into fulfilling her life. She is a Shamanic guide, accredited 5 Rhythms teacher, and an nlp master practitioner. She offers workshops classes and individual sessions.
Accomodation is a shared house on the land. Bedrooms and dormitary available or camping is possible.

Caroline Carey is a Mother and Grandmother. An accredited 5 Rhythms ecstatic dance teacher and shamanic guide. She is apprentice to the school of movement medicine and has been holding workshops and rituals in Ireland for ten years.
Caroline also holds 'My Body, My Home' a womens workshop.
