When we give enough attention to our own inner world we are more able to reach out into the vastness of the universe.
The more introspective we are the more we are able to be empathetic towards others, to the environment and our planet.

Through the dance and tools of the Movement Medicine practice we are able to experience, with generosity, life on all levels of existence.
In this work you will learn to 'see' your life, and the patterns of behavior that you carry in very light and positive ways.
Gaining the tools for transformation and guiding yourself to a greater sense of freedom. Creating your own circle of strength, to be more creative with yourself and the world around you. We learn to use the elements to support and guide us; what better teachers than nature itself!
