Listening to the wisdom of our hearts is the only way forward in these times of change. Caroline Carey
Encourage the intelligent creativity of your heart and body, practicing a warm connection to movement, inspiration and motivation. What moves you from the inside?
When we give enough attention to our own inner world we are more able to reach out into the vastness of the universe.
The more introspective we are the more we are able to be empathetic towards others, to the environment and our planet.

Through the dance and tools of Alchemy in Movement practice we are able to experience, with generosity, life on all levels of existence.
In this work you will learn to 'see' your life, and the patterns of behavior that you carry in very light and positive ways.
Gaining the tools for transformation and guiding yourself to a greater sense of freedom. Creating your own circle of strength, to be more creative with yourself and world around you. We learn to use the elements to support and guide us; what better teachers than nature itself!
Open to anyone who needs to move, dance and be with others in community with the desire to make changes in their world.
A practice that is grounding and uplifting, rooted in the tradition of ecstatic dance with an emphasis on gentleness.
You are welcome to join us no matter your age, shape or experience.
Caroline holds a liberating and joyful dance space. She is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher since 2000, and is now an apprentice teacher to the School of Movement Medicine where she is a coach for the students and a 'pathfinder' for the teaching of this work. She has been working and teaching in the creative and healing arts since 1986 and has written her first book on her life's work.
"Caroline's work is crafted just as much from her own experience of life as it is from the many years of study she has undertaken. I have seen her emerge and take her place in the circle of teachers who are committed to excellence, ongoing learning and the delicate balance of personal power and humility which is a foundation for good study. She is delightfully creative and the deep roots that she has developed through maintaining her equilibrium in life's storms as well as her sense of humour means she can hold the space for you to take your journey, safely, deeply and truthfully. Be warned, the love she feels for the dance and for life are highly infectious." Ya'Acov Darling Khan. School of Movement Medicine.
