Spirit
In my own discoveries through my life I have learnt the way of 'seeing' from the point of view of a fascinated, curios mind. When my imagination ran wild, I believed in it, when I dreamt I took notice. These were all methods of learning, and being taught to be directed by Spirit, by my own heart and soul. I take the teachings seriously, and I take myself less so. As a child I danced, and as an adult I bring into this dance my own journey work, poetry, dreams, inspirations and life experience.

Body
The 5Rhythms™, a more modern day structure for movement, has helped me to ground these experiences into a daily/weekly practice. It has helped me to bring my life and my experiences into a form that I can teach from. For me this has been a route to healing a difficult childhood and much struggle along this life's path. It is a route to grace, personal freedom, positive action, acceptance, and a life long spiritual path. I am sincerely grateful to Gabrielle Roth for the practice that saved my life and steered me into the way I was meant to be living.

Mind
Since learning that our whole being and cellular structure is mind, not just a thinking part of us, I began to understand the great importance of using the mind to help me stay in the present moment, to focus on what is important right now. Never mind the past or the future, now is all there really is. And then there is the One-Mind, the mind that sees and knows all that is to know. That is the one great consciousness. A place we can visit in the profound place of stillness, trance and meditation.
I have worked and trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the further exploration of the mind because I see the huge benefits it can have on people to overcome difficulties, to gain motivation and confidence and to start to see their potential without it being clouded by the past. To fulfill our potential is to be the free spirit that we were sent here to be. To do the work that was intended for us. It is not a time for us to be small and insignificant, it is a time for us to stand strong in the eyes of God and ask for guidance and purpose. Our talents were given to us to share.

However although I am not a therapist and do not consider this work to be labeled as therapy I do believe very strongly in the importance of cleaning up our own personal history. If left lying in the unconscious parts of us it can have a destructive influence on our own lives and that of others.

Heart and Soul
The shamanic work I have trained in showed me that my experiences through life were of a deep and spiritual nature. Experiences that held me close to God and Spirit, that taught me to trust. That helped me to know that no matter what I went through I was held. That I was not alone, and that most importantly I could survive. I learnt that my dreams had meaning and that my love of animals and nature was important. I have learnt that Shamanism is about healing our own cultures wounding, and I understand the wounds of this western culture because I have survived many parts of that wounding.

More than anything this work is about Love and of gratitude.
It is not just about receiving all that we need; it is about accepting that what we have already is all we need.
Sometimes whilst looking for abundance we forget how lucky we really are. We forget to say thank you. How fortunate we are just to be here. What an amazing thing it is to simply be able to dance, to have a body, a mind, and a heart that works non stop for us! To have the sun above us, the earth below, and to have the fire, the rivers and the sea. Let alone the air we breathe.

When we become more satisfied and more at peace with our own lives ….then the work we are individually here to do can begin. It is good to want to improve, to make things better for our children and ourselves. It is good to be ambitious and open to greater possibilities. If it is in line with universal law. Our potential is who we really are. We will know the truth of this at the deepest core of ourselves.

Then we can begin to heal.
