Spirit is here, right now, connected to the earth, we cannot continually look for 'it' else where. If we truly want to be 'spiritual beings,' living free and fulfilling lives, we need to connect to the earth - the muscle and bone of our bodies!

You will experience exercises in tension states, body and movement awareness and physical expression. Creating a new movement dialogue with the Shapeshifters emergence.

This work is extremely beneficial for those engaged in performance work, teaching, acting, presenting, healing and for any one who wishes to bring more presence into transforming their lives.

(Shapeshifting in its broadest sense is when a being has the ability to alter its physical appearance. Emergence is the way complex systems and patterns arise out of relatively simple interactions.)
