Ben Cole has made many films that have changed the shape of spiritual fim making including the grammy nominated 'One Giant Leap' and their new film 'What About Me'. He has spent the last ten years learning from and filming many of the worlds Gurus from the Native Americans to the Kogi, to the Aboriginals, from Ram Das to Sai Baba to people like you. Ben has taught mens groups since 1979 and now brings his insights to you.
Caroline is an apprentice teacher to the School of Movement Medicine where she is a coach for the students and a 'pathfinder' for the teaching of this work. She is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher since 2000. She has been working and teaching in the creative and healing arts since 1986 and has written her first book on her life's work to be lauched July 2010. A mother of six and a grandmother, Caroline holds a liberating and joyful dance space. Open to anyone who needs to move, dance and be with others in community.
