A body centered approach to modern day spirituality and ecstatic dance.
We can use our bodies to achieve heightened states of awareness, innovation, and personal empowerment.
Muscle and heat brings together the power and action orientation of the masculine principle with the intuitive ways of the feminine.
As a movement practice supported by music you will connect fully with the body, finding your sensuality and feminine power. With this your own fire and masculine energy can have the permission it needs to ignite, stretching yourself to your fullest.

Here you can embrace your potential in a positive and exciting new way.
Leading you to greater vision and ultimately a healing and letting go of what has been, or is getting in the way of your own personal growth and fulfillment.

A workshop open to men and women with a level of experience in movement, ecstatic dance and emotional work.
