Heart Matters addresses our emotional body. It embraces the possibilities of releasing held in energy, letting go of old stories, inviting us to dance with joy, gratitude and acceptance in our hearts.
If we continually tell the same old stories of our past, go back and forward re-living the emotions, playing out the scenes, delving into possible outcomes and dramas, we are actually creating a future that repeats over and over the same difficulties.
The emotional body is an amazing tool that shows us opportunities for growth, new gate ways to life experience and can be an opportunity moment to moment for growth harmony and joy.
We need to listen to our hearts in order for us to use this tool as a gateway to new possibilities.

The movement of emotion as energy being released through the body. Through movement techniques, ecstatic dance and group sharing.
Inside, lying in our history, we can begin to unravell the wounding of our lives. We can meet with the beauty of sadness, the hunger of loss, the sweetness of tears, the letting go of disapointment and betrayal, emptying out the old, cleansing and healing what time has put to sleep.
Giving ourselves, to be held by the earth and connecting with our creative fire energy, we can empower ourselves more fully and live with an open warriors heart. Meeting with the challenges that life presents to us without fear and unresolved issues.
"It was a whole new experience for me to keep the stories out of the way - that played a huge part in helping me to get wholly into the dance and out of my head(where I have spent a lot of time in my journey!) Instead of standing quietly trying to figure out what was going on and why, I was able to let all the reasons and the chatter go, and get on with the dance and with life!
