Friday eve 'Medicine Dance' & preparation for workshop

Using emotional intelligence to dance and awaken the mind, body and soul, we will be working with the four domains of the heart. They are the domains of Awakening, Integrity, Surrender and Gratitude. We will explore what it means to really awaken our hearts with passion, love and acceptance as well as a deep sense of forgiveness and gratitude.
We will move and dance on many different levels, with awareness of body, breath and expression, in connection with self, with other and with community and environment. Sometimes we will work with music and sometimes without.


Caroline's approach to this work is one of gentle integrity. She works from her own life experiences which she shares with you. She is a facilitator in 'heart medicine'. The work is rooted in the physical practice of Movement Medicine combined with Caroline's unique approach to gentle yet powerful movement, focus and teachings. She has a subtle approach that is very effective, yet light enough to be fun, creative and very joyful.

You are welcome to join us whatever your experience.
