SACRED SPACE
Movement Medicine with Ya’Acov Darling Khan
28th(eve) - 30th November '08
Cork City, Ireland
Weekend Workshop
Sacred Space will help you to experience the power and subtlety of your relationship to the aliveness of space by dancing with the 5 Dimensions of Awareness. With focused intent and the support of a strong circle, you will investigate your relationship to space. Many of us complain about 'not having enough space' or 'feeling spaced out.' Or we accuse others of 'taking or invading our space.'
This happens because we have lost a sense of the sacredness and integrity of our own circle. This is supposed to act as a filter and contact boundary. When it is whole, it is the means through which we connect creatively with the world around us.
The work will give you tools to repair your sense of integrity and learn how to live from this in all your relationships, with yourself, others, the environment, the ancestors and spirit world, and the tangible presence of the divine. This connection to Sacred Space gives us access to the energy needed to transform the lead weight of our personal and collective debris into the gold of embodied spirit and dancing prayer.
