The Alchemy Administrator will be responsible for being the main contact for the work with the public and the contact for organisers in Uk & various other countries.
He/She will need to take care of financies and be prepared to work on a percentage basis. Create media marketing.
Organise fliers, schedules and book some travel.

Host an Alchemy In Movement Workshop
A brilliant opportunity for you to host a Alchemy In Movement Workshop in your area.
The host will receive 2 free places to one or all of our workshops hosted plus 20% of profit if over 35 attendees.
Contact in regards to available dates and other information so that these amazing teachings can be taught in your country/city/area.

Responsibilities of Hosting an Alchemy In Movement Workshop
Find a minimum of 12 Students (Course in South East England),
(15 students outside S.E. England) who wish to attend.
Be the first contact point for the course registration.
Answer phone calls and messages promptly related to the course you’re hosting
Take the course deposit to book each student on the course (£60 non refundable)
Be responsible for booking/providing a venue to hold the course in.
A room to accommodate all students plus your two free places with natural light and windows for airing. Suitable dance floor and plug sockets for music.
Parking for equipment if needed and easy access for others to get to venue.
Provide the room with 3 table's. Music, fliers/admin and alter.
Give attendees details of reasonable local accommodation should they be traveling to the course from out of the area. Also a list of public transport to venue.
Arrange publicity and marketing for the course in your area and surrounding areas.
Provide light refreshments each day during the course breaks, such as tea, coffee, biscuits/fruit and water.
Students need to be fully hydrated throughout the course with fresh water available all day. You can ask them to bring own bottles if this is easier. Please encourage non use of plastic or at least provide for recycling.
