Caroline is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher since 2000, and is now an apprentice teacher to the School of Movement Medicine where she is a coach for the students and a 'pathfinder' for the teaching of this work. She has been working and teaching in the creative and healing arts since 1986 and has written her first book on her life's work. She holds workshops, classes and seminars with a gentle guidance towards deep transformative healing for body and soul and the environment we live in. Ideal for men and women with any level of experience. Here you can expect a deep level of integrity and safety, to do the work you need to do on a personal level. This work is not about being a 'good' dancer it is simply about moving your body to specific music or in silence, to encounter deeper states of awareness and movement meditation.
